We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

In case of a physical SIM card, the product is dispatched on the same day if the order is placed before 4 pm on a working day. For orders placed after 4 pm or on a non-working day, it is dispatched on the next working day.
